The Old Edmundston Train Station, a brick building with an overhanging hipped roof

Edmundston Visitor Information Centre is open year-round. Located in an old CP railway station built in 1930, the building was completely renovated in 2005. The centre is located next to a cycling trail connecting the city of Edmundston, New Brunswick, to Rivière-du-Loup, Quebec and near the popular pedestrian bridge that crosses the Madawaska River, leading to the downtown area. The centre also offers a souvenir shop, picnic tables, a playground and a dog park nearby.
