Du Réel au Miniature Railroad Interpretation Center Museum

Le Centre d'Interprétation des Voies Ferrées, a red barn-like building with letters reading "Du Réel au Miniature" on the front

A captivating journey about railroad history. A guide will be there to answer all your questions about the tour. The Railroad Interpretation Centre Museum is a 1900’s train shed replica. An exhibit that changes every year and relates the life of railway-men.

A 900 square feet HO 1/87 scale lay-out that is constantly changing. You see many different modeling aspects like…cars, structures, engines, scenery, and many scale kilometers of tracks.

The visit will bring you to the past with different replicas and 230 feet of boardwalk that will lead you to a covered railroad bridge and to the resting area, the hall of fame. Then, welcome aboard for a tour of New Brunswick in miniature, a magnificent journey through the modeler’s eyes. At the end of your visit the “Jefstyle souvenir and hobby shop” will allow you to get souvenirs. The Brake’s-man trail will guide you back to your departure “parking area”.

A 1 hour visit that will leave you speechless.  Open June 1 to Sept 30 (10AM – 5PM).  Special activities includes a Miniature Train Ride!
